Ramworks II allowed up to 3 MEG and was one of the first expandable memory cards available for the Apple //e. The basic Ramworks II card came with 1 MEG. All Ramworks cards also included the standard 80-column / 64K card built in.
Diagnostic software was part of the A2/A3 Appleworks Expander disks.
